Peter's three denials of Christ that night require more attention. It occurred in the high priest's house. First, the was no Satan standing around or otherwise visable. Second, the accusers of Peter, those who elicited his betrayal of Christ, were three individuals. Peter did as was expected to do. He denied Christ three times that night by the fire.
This scenario is important because it demonstrates what can happen if Christ abandons you. Christ abandoned Peter for just a short time that night to show him the power of Satan. Satan was invisible, just as he is today, but he was there, attempting with all his might to clutch Peter.
Before the cock crowed, Peter had denied Him three times and he was flabbergasted the he had. He cried bitterly. He didn't know how it had happened. It had come very quickly. Christ then took him back with Him and Peter was a much stronger apostle. It's the same today. Beware of where you put your faith. It can change you very, very quickly. Satan and his angels are always there. Waiting.
The experience changed Peter. The one who seemed to love Him the most had now disgraced himself by denying his association with Christ. Christ took him back quickly and forgave him. Christ was showing Peter something. Without His protection, Peter was like a strand of wheat in the wind. Satan was always there. Looking. Without Christ's protection, Peter was doomed. That was the lesson Peter learned that night. It changer him forever.
Believe in Satan just as you believe in Jesus Christ. Understanding this is wisdom. Recognize feelings of jealousy, greed, hatred and lust for what they are: attempts by Satan to undermine your faith in Jesus Christ. To not believe in Satan is to be deceived by Satan. Remember what Paul said in his letter to the the Ephesians:
Ephesians 6: 11-16 "Put on the whole armour of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with the truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked."
We have our work cut out for us. Pray every day for wisdom, understanding and protection from the ways and wiles of Satan and his angels. Ask Jesus to pray for you the way He prayed for Peter.
Amen.

I enjoy what I've read. One point I'd like to make, Peter didn't have the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit at the time he denied Jesus. But, after Pentecost Peter did have the Holy Spirit, and when it came time to die, Historians say he wanted to be crucified upside down. Perfect love casts out fear. Con
Yep. Thanks for your comment.
On your 'ABOUT ME', You say that you are proud to be an infidel. I am proud (I must be careful, God hates pride- (PROV. 8:13). Let me say that I am happy and contented because I am a believer that Jesus is God's Son, He paid for my sins because I not only believe, but I repented, I confess my belief and was baptized in water for the forgiveness of sin (Acts 2:38), and because of this, Jesus baptized me with the indwelling presence of His Holy Spirit (Mark 1:8). Now, I have been born of the water & born of the Spirit- (John 3:3). I am saved from the wrath of God that will come on the unbelievers- (John 3:36). Con
PS: We should have a lot to talk about since you are a thinking person.
